I use Instacart through the IOS app. In terms of same-day delivery, they are
the best. The app mostly works; when I need to schedule for the next day
it's not accessible and they're supposed to be fixing that. The only other
service I've used is Peapod. The site is similarly a pain, and their service
is not really the best for me.
Instacart will call me when they don't have something; I can have them put
ingrediants back for a meal if they just can't find the main ingrediant, or
I can have them swap it out. Peapod shoppers show up and you have to corner
them and ask what they didn't have. Usually the list contains a few things,
so there's nothing I can do about the fact that they left out the main
ingrediants for a couple meals besides go to the store myself.
