[nfbcs] Windows 8.1 tutorial

I am purchasing a Windows 8.1 computer. I need to find tutorials on the keyboard access to Windows 8.1. How different is it from Windows 7? These are the questions I'm asking myself. Can I do everything that I could  with Windows seven.Sent from my iPhone
