So, I won't be able to identify my specific learning needs unless I have a good background first. Therefore, I strongly hope for a
document or a book that gives me a background by which I can determine what I really want to do with the web site I'd like to

when you know better what you want or need to learn, electronic books from 
site point down in australia are good in content and price.
