[nfbcs] Access VS. Excel question:

Greetings:

 

I am looking at getting certifications with Access or Excel. I have a couple
of questions:

 

1.       Is MS Access 2013 fully accessible to include forms, sub forms,
macros and the switch board?

2.       Is Excel 2013 accessible? Can you do things like create charts,
deal with colors  and catchy graphical lines/boxes?
