[nfbcs] JAWS Question

Doesn't refreshing the screen (JAWS Key + Escape) place the visual cursor
where you are listening?

Is there a way to get JAWS to visually highlight text as it reads?

                I need to work with sighted people at accessibility team and
let them know where I'm looking.
