[nfbcs] Frequent JAWS crashes when using Microsoft products

Hello:

     I have been having considerable trouble with JAWS crashing when using Microsoft Word and sometimes Explorer.
I usually run JAWS 16 and have Word 365. The Word version is a 32 bit version on a 64 bit machine. I have also had problems with JAWS 16 and Word 2013 on my home machine. I have observed that JAWS 15 is sometimes more stable. Have others on this list had similar issues? Thank you.
