OK, are you saying this is just the current state of affairs, or are you 
saying that you'll never be able to use a screen reader to install 
Windows? I wouldn't agree with the second statement, since if you can do 
it on Linux, I don't know why you shouldn't be able to do it on Windows 
with a built in screen reader.
