[nfbcs] DBMS.

I didn't know there was a version of mysql for windows. Googling found 
it easily:
http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.7/en/windows-installation.html

It wasn't that long ago that there wasn't even a decent Windows driver 
for mysql. Well, 15 years maybe.
