I would point out that VoiceOver and NVDA both supports extensive remapping of the commands to keys as you like. I have even seen users who have remapped VoiceOver functions to closely follow those of JAWS.
While some users employ virtual machines to run Windows in Apple hardware it is also possible to run Windows on the native hardware without virtualization using BootCamp which Apple supplies with each computer.
