I am trying to use “live mail” on my win-7 laptop. In outlook express on my desktop control-shift b will bring up my eddress list. How do I do it in live mail on win-7? Once I find the list, is there a command I can use to address a new email to an eddress I am looking at?

I am having trouble with some commands on my Oden cell phone. Is there any list on which I can ask questions?
