[nfbcs] Support of screen readers in lenex OS

Generally, a program won't run on both Windows and linux. It's possible
for a developer to put out versions of their programs for Windows and
linux but they are essentially different programs that look and act the
same. With a screen reader, that would be nearly impossible. So jaws
does not work on linux.

The only actively developed screen reader for the linux graphical user
interface is orca. Orca has an extremely active development and support
community. If you are interested in trying linux and orca, I strongly
suggest you get connected with that community. To do that, join the orca
support list at orca-list-subscribe at gnome.org.
