At my University we had to take Calculus 1, 2, and 3. We also had to take
Linear Algebra and Discrete Math. We were not required to take a foreign
language.

The reason is that a computer science degree is to be a computer scientist.
You need the math for computational theory etc. it is a BS degree so a
certain level of math is required vs a BA.

If you are worried about math, there is the information technology in the
business department.

I did computer science. My university provided books in large print or
electronic. I believe they would also provide Braille. They were will to
make tactile versions of circuit diagrams if i wanted them. I use a cctv
camera to see the board so begore each semester, i went to each classroom
and had electrical cords run to my seat and then it was reserved for me.
They offered all the normal things like extra time on tests if I chose
that.
