[nfbcs] Using Visual Studio in Creating ASP.NET Programs

Hi Everyone,

Has anyone had success in using Visual Studio in creating asp.net 
programs?  I found a book to which I am trying to learn this but having 
problems getting the code-behind to show up to finish the exercises in 
the book.  If there are required settings and keyboard shortcuts that 
could help facilitate this, please provide.  I am using JAWS 15 and VS2015.
