[nfbcs] Protected view and knowledgebase idea

One platform we might consider using for a knowledge base of blindness solutions, would be p.m. wiki. I have used it several times and found it to be very accessible and easy to use. It is also open source. I also think this would be a good discussion for the computer science meeting at convention.
