[nfbcs] Kindle PC stopped doing continuous reading mode

Replaced my Toshiba laptop's HD with  ssd & now Kindle PC requires a tap of
the space bar periodically to continue reading a book though it's in
continuous reading mode.

Using QuickOCR, it looks like there's no clear connection between what's
onscreen and when the Kindle Narrator voice stops reading.

Any ideas for a fix? Thanks.
