[nfbcs] Reading technical bookshare books on a Braille display

After you unpack the daisy book, it is sometimes helpful to change the xml
extension to html.  You can read the book with your web browser.  I always
make a copy of the xml file before I do this.

I haven't needed a technical manual for a year or so from Bookshare, but,
when I did, I downloaded the Daisy version, unzipped it, then opened the XML
file on my PC with a braille display connected.  That way, I could read text
fast with speech, study samples carefully in braille, and jump to chapters
and sections using the HTML links.  It worked well for me.
