[nfbcs] Putty accessibility

Have you considered using a virtual machine? I am a native linux user so 
I don't know much about virtualization in Windows. But I use virtualbox 
and I know that's available for Windows too. Virtualbox has a really 
nice command line interface that I use to create and operate my virtual 
machines.
