[nfbcs] Computer science major one computer?

As a side note, to the best of my knowledge, most standard laptops cannot
support/are not offered with anything greater than 16 GB.

12 gig of RAM would probably be plenty at first. I like to future proof. 16
gig will last you longer. Upgradability could also be a factor in case you
need to put more in later.
