[nfbcs] Fedora 24 install

This still didn't work. This is before the install, right when the live CD
starts.

Then try ctrl-Windows-F1, which is the keystroke that starts Orca on the
Fedora 25 instance I am using. I didn't put it together, and am not sure
that this is a keystroke being used in any standard distributions, so I
didn't mention it.

I'm working with a copy of Orca that starts with a different sequence. But
normally It's either ctrl-Windows-S or Alt-Windows-S, I'm not sure which. Of
course, on Linux, they call the Windows key the Super key.

I wanted to check out Fedora 24 in a VM. Unfortunately, I forgot how to
start orca when it first boots up. Does anyone know the process?
