This includes social stereotypes of blind people. It's probably why over 60%
of us can't get work.

I agree with your assessment that the test could be rewritten to be more
blind people friendly. However, welcome to the real world. My apologies to
the inclusive designers among us,  but The world is not, and will likely
never be, designed with accessibility in mind.
