[nfbcs] jaws on virtual win10

It's been a while since I ran JAWS on Windows in a VM. I usually just
use NVDA, but I don't see why it wouldn't work. Note that you can
resolve some performance issues by making sure your virtual machine has
enough resources, especially RAM. I'm not sure how to do this with
Virtual Box, but I've done this with VMware Player under Windows and Ubuntu.
