[nfbcs] Selecting multiple pictures at the same time with voiceover?

Hi all sorry if this is off topic for this list. But do any of you know how to select multiple pictures at the same time with VoiceOver? For example if I am trying to send an email with 10 pictures in it I do not want to have to send each individual picture by opening the browse button 10 times. Thanks
