[nfbcs] Java 8U121 and access bridge

Reinstall both x86 and x64 versions of 121. It fixed my install. Don't
forget to uninstall the broken installs of 121 first. Android studio and
InteliJ are now working.

I updated to the newest Java 8U121. I found out the hard way that access
bridge was removed from ease of access center. Is there a way to fix this
problem?
