[nfbcs] latex benefits

Hello:

If you wanted to distribute a Word document with Latex in it, the
recipient of the document would also need Mathtype. Note that in Word with
MathType, there is a way to switch the document so the math can be entered.
The coding appears as text within the document. When a command is entered,
the document changes and the formulas appear as images.

Regards,

Robert

If you wanted to distribute a Latex document to somebody who uses Microsoft
Word, would it be difficult? When I checked years ago, it seemed like it
would be.

more. IT is suited for blind users because it is a code based system in
which one composes the work in a text editor and then processes the code to
generate the PDF typeset file.
