[nfbcs] ubuntu server with speakup

Hello:
Yes, I was looking for something with speech at install. I don't want
the GUI and all the extra stuff that comes with the desktop, but I need
to be able to actually perform the install without help. Thanks for the
tips, I'll see if desktop will let me just not install the GUI components.
I know Debian has speakup builtin, but for whatever reason I've not
actually gotten it to work thus far. I think it's having issues
detecting my soundcard. Archlinux can find my soundcard, but I'd rather
not run arch if I can avoid it. I like the project, I just never have
had luck with upgrades.
