[nfbcs] ubuntu server with speakup

That's been my thinking too. I know that Ubuntu sometimes has better
drivers and it was my hope that I could get it to work with my soundcard
on my desktop, but I'll give Debian a second shot. I have a yeti mic I
might be able to plug in and see if that will work as the primary soundcard.
