[nfbcs] ZoomText hangs and locks up computer

Anyone use ZoomText on the job? Do you have issues? We are running Windows
7 ZoomText 10.2 was running great for a long time then starting hanging
when I turned it on. I would have to shut down with the power switch
because computer got completely locked up each time. They got me a new
(probably not really new) hard drive and it seemed to be better for a
little while but then it was taking 5-10 minutes for ZoomText to start up.
They upgraded me to ZoomText 11 which worked great! Started up super quick.
I have had it about a month. Now today it locked up every time I tried to
start it. How are your experiences with ZT in a work environment? I am
software dev so run things like Eclipse, Office 365, Chrome, IE (forced to
due to things they developed that require IE), putty plus more

Does anyone run into the same issues?
