[nfbcs] Visual studio preview

Hi Taylor,

I have downloaded both the VS2015 and new VS2017 Community editions, and they are easy to find at Microsoft's web site. In order to download them, you need to complete a simple form, including your name and whether you are part of a company, etc. The Community editions are free for individuals and educational purposes.

If you are searching for the word "preview", it might throw you off, since I haven't encountered that in the names of these downloads. The "Community" component of the name indicates that they are the free versions, given a few restrictions.
