[nfbcs] Segway help please

Hello, I still cannot figure this out I am trying to do triggered segues, however I do all the steps and then when I hit F2 I try to click on the untitled window and what is supposed to happen? What happened with me a voiceover says window and it will not focus on it. I really really need help with this. I really appreciate if somebody could help me so that I can figure this out
