[nfbcs] Microsoft Office Certification Using Jaws

Hello.
I have looked exhaustively around the web for study materials to be able to prepare for Microsoft Office 2013 or 2016 certification in Word or Outlook.
I believe that the testing centers will make accommodations for persons with disabilities, doubling the time to take the test, and allowing them to have a reader as well.
However, the only sites I have found for test preparation use some kind of Java window that opens up Microsoft Word in the browser in a window that appears to be not accessible to Jaws. I am quite certain that blind and visually impaired individuals have earned their certifications for Microsoft Office programs, but where is it possible to find accessible study material or curriculum for the test?
Thanks very much for any input or ideas you may have.
