[nfbcs] windows 10, URLs entered in the start menu always come up in Edge, not the default browser

Hi.

I had never noticed this problem in Windows 10.
Just type R while holding down the Windows key and type or paste the URL
there.
I checked it out now and found out that it works.

Here's how I have originally been doing it.

1. Open Command Prompt by typing C after pressing the Windows Key and
typing X.

2. type "start " (don't forget the space after "start").

3. Type the URL you want to open or paste it from somewhere.

4. If you typed the URL press Enter. If you copied the URL from
somewhere and it had a line mark at the end, you don't need to press Enter.
Your default browser will open with the URL you typed.

5. Type "Exit" and press Enter when you want to close the Command Prompt
window.

It's working for me. I'm using Windows 10 and Firefox with NVDA.

Never forget that Command Prompt continues to be a wonderful tool for
us, the blind.
I learned Ms-Dos (today's Command Prompt) 26 years ago and I'm still
enjoying it everyday. There's a learning curve, but it's very useful
when you combine it with the Windows interface.

Best regards,
George
