[nfbcs] Excell f2 key Error

Folks,

With arrival of JAWS 2018.1803.24, the f2 Excel cell editing function ceased to function properly.  VFO acknowledges that this is a known JAWS issue.  

In Excel, when you hit the f2 key to edit a cell, you can't see the cell contents in a braille display, and while you can hear the cell contents letter by letter moving horizontally, you can't get speech or braille output if you arrow up and down, or move by words with control left and right arrow.

For other reasons, I have switched to NVDA for Excel.  How does NVDA edit a cell.  F2 on NVDA just says unknown.  

Perhaps this is a Microsoft issue.
