[nfbcs] descriptive video

Hi all,

Does anyone know how descriptive video is handled for on-line videos? Is 
there a standard protocol for embedding it? Is there a video somewhere 
that I could obtain for testing purposes?

Also, I don't entirely know what I'm talking about--I was asked to look at 
CVAA compliance for work, since I am the unofficial accessibility 
specialist, but, alas, I don't really know much about video file formats.
