[nfbcs] reason for firefox inaccessibility maybe

In Linux version, a setting in the tab bar to block assistive technologies
exists and Mozilla may have sent at least one of their versions of firefox
out with that setting checked by default. If that can be checked on
windows it may be possible to uncheck that setting and save the change (if
that is even possible), then check firefox configuration files for what
was written in terms of that setting. With that information, it may be
possible to roll a configuration file with an editor with block assistive
technology turned off or maybe do this on the command line as firefox is
run if any such switch exists to accommodate this change.
