[nfbcs] Creating Jaws or NVDA Accessible UML and ER Diagrams

Whether anyone has software or not, it's always wise to know how to do 
any of this work with and without software since if you or an employer 
do not have or cannot afford that software, you can produce either way 
and that makes you more flexible and more marketable.
