[nfbcs] Siri slow on wi-fi

Tony,

Well, I got my iPhone 7 in July, and I notice the difference with Siri
over WiFi. Some of the responses it gives are different than over
cellular, and there is definitely a lag when I'm using it over WiFi.
Throws me off my rhythm. Then when I use it out and about, so not over
WiFi, the quicker response throws me off my rhythm. /lol/ To be honest,
I haven't tried to find out why the difference exists or if there's
anything to do about it. But it probably isn't an effect of phone age.
