[nfbcs] Accessibility of IBM website?

Hi everyone,

Do any of you have experience with IBM's Watson Content Hub, or with
their website in general?

Their site says, "Watson Content Hub uses the latest W3C Standard,
WAI-ARIA 1.0 to ensure compliance to US Section 508, and Web Content
Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0..."

Yet I can't even access videos for their online course and I always
have problems using the site.
They haven't responded to requests for help in weeks. What's going on?
