[nfbcs] visual studio hints

I have never used visual Studio before and want to ask for any quick hints
on how to go about starting with it.  I could put in a hard week learning
most of the ends and outs of the IDE, but want to save myself some valuable
time researching when I could use practicing with it.  I have used Edsharpe,
notepad plus, Eclipse, and Visual Studio Code for all of my coding.  A
couple of companies that are interested in interviewing me use Visual Studio
for projects.
