[nfbcs] Laptop without bloatware

Thanks to everyone for all the interesting suggestions.
It seems like not getting bloatware makes a laptop more expensive, maybe. I
suppose the bloatware sellers give a kickback?
I'm going to ask my boss for ideas, too, as he really knows this stuff.

A good way to shop for Windows laptops is to look for one that says it is a
Microsoft Signature edition machine. This ensures that you get the intended
Windows experience without bloatware.
