Where is the first shortcut, that brings up the UAC dialog, going?
Normally, a UAC dialog appears when a shortcut asks Windows to run its program as an Administrator. I don't think that option is normally available for an Internet or web shortcut; but it could be launching Chrome directly and
passing the URL on the command line for Chrome to launch.
In any case I regard it as suspicious at best for an Internet shortcut to launch a UAC dialog. Websites should generally not require admin rights, in my experience.

I'm sure the explanation is obvious... but I'm drawing a blank...
My default browser is Chrome. I have a shortcut on my desktop which brings it up to a New Tab. The UAC dialog comes up.
I have an Internet address shortcut that brings up Youtube.com. I get no UAC dialog even though Chrome is used by default.
Why?
