[nfbcs] unsubscribe info please

If you're looking for instructions on how to unsubscribe, just look to 
the bottom of each message to the list. I was going to cut and paste the 
instructions below, but I realized the link on the messages I get is 
specific to me, so just look at the bottom of any message you get from 
this list and follow the supplied link.
