Hello,

I would not recommend Microsoft Office Starter Edition because it is not as accessible as other versions according to Microsoft a couple years ago.

For email, I would try Windows Mail. It is on the Microsoft Store and is free. I have clients who are satisfied with it. It works with JAWS.

Now I am trying to get into W10, with the freeware equivalent of Office. I use three programs extensively, Word, Outlook Express, and Access. I try using the email program, but just cannot get into it. I use the windows key, then downarrow until I find the mail program. After hitting "entr" I get lost. I need step-by-step instructions on how to open a letter, read it, and reply and/or forward it.
