[nfbcs] windows 10 problems

Hello,


I would not recommend Microsoft Office Starter Edition because it is not as accessible as other versions according to Microsoft a couple years ago.

 For email, I would try Windows Mail. It is on the Microsoft Store and is free. I have clients who are satisfied with it. It works with JAWS.
