[nfbcs] Windows 10 FN Lock

            I just got a new laptop at work that is a Dell running Windows
10. FN lock is on by default, and it is driving me crazy, especially since
it has caused me to inadvertently do something else when trying to execute a
JAWS command. I want to turn off FN lock but still be able to use the fn
key. Does anyone know how to do that on Windows 10? Windows 10 is very new
and different to me, so please provide step by step instructions.
