[nfbcs] Windows 10 FN Lock

If there is not a specific setup program by the manufacturer on that
computer (I think an earlier message indicated this is a Dell notebook), it
may be necessary to change this setting through the CMOS.  This would
require a person knowledgeable in hardware setup.
