[nfbcs] Windows 10 FN Lock

Hi Nicole. This is not an operating system function. The easiest way to turn it off is in the bios but you will probably need some kind of visual assistance. Depending upon what model of dell laptop you may be able to toggle this feature on or off using a dell utility that is pre-installed on the laptop or an utility available on the dell web site. It would really help you if you know the service tag on the laptop. Pleas shout out if I can be of any further assistance! Good luck and have a good week-end.
