[NFBCS] Linux users

I'm not really doing anything special. I am using the Gnome desktop. I
can start and stop Orca from anywhere on the system by typing the
alt+super+s key command. I do recall that there were some system
commands you couldn't do just anywhere with the Unity desktop, but I
don't find this to be the case with the Gnome desktop.
I did upgrade Orca by pointing to the Ubuntu 18.04 packages, but if I
were to do it all over again, I'd just start with Ubuntu 18.04.
BTW, I also use the laptop keyboard layout.
