[NFBCS] Looking for Accessible Antivirus That Runs on Windows 7 64 Bit

McAfee, in my case, is accessible. Once you alt tab into the program, or press enter on the icon, you need to tab to get into the window where you can view the various tools. There is a virus scan, and other tools available and it is all HTML based. As far as Security Essentials, I believe that it isn't useful in Windows 10. Thanks!

Will Security Essentials work with my new Windows 10 machine?  The machine came with a trial of McAfee, but it's not very accessible.
