[NFBCS] If You Have JAWS18 Installed on Your Computer, Don't Uninstall It Just Because You Have a Later Version

            Uninstalling it can cause minor problems, like JAWS not reading
the text in the run field as it is automatically updated by the computer. I
do not know if this is a problem specific to Dell or what, but just saying.
Conversely, if you noticed a new problem a while back and know that you
uninstalled JAWS18 about that time, try reinstalling it.
