[NFBCS] unix speech software:

Is this Linux, or another Unix? I'm guessing the latter, since you didn't 
mention Linux specifically, but I thought that I'd check, since there are 
some screen readers that are Linux-specific. Also, are you using a GUI, or 
do you want something that will work from a console, or both? I'm assuming 
that you're working on a Unix system directly, rather than logging into 
one remotely.
