[NFBCS] Managing Pull Requests on Github with Screenreader

Hi, thanks for the reply.

I forgot to mention that for everything else, I use the commandline
for, pull requests were something I was having a tough time figuring
out how to do through commands though. I haven't really used dif much,
but might try it out. I assume there are commands to make comments on
a pull request? I will check out that book you mentioned, hopefully it
is on bookshare.
